Spring 2024 Power - Registration March 5th at 12pm
CanPowerSkate is an action-packed, high-energy instructional power skating program that focuses on balance, power, agility, speed, and endurance and is geared toward hockey and ringette skaters. Skills, techniques, and conditioning drills are taught in a progressive format that emphasizes how the skills apply to game situations.
All Power Programs are divided by age. Each session is 50 minutes unless indicated. To Register create a membership account and select the program that suits your child's age. Each Skater pays an Annual Skate Canada Fee of $58.70, (September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024).
